We’re looking for a passionate Content Creator and Food Stylist to join our growing Performance and Social Team. Your role will be a unique blend of social-first content creation with a focus on food — bringing food stylist knowledge and an eye for perfect food and beverage aesthetic when it comes to social-first output. This role is perfect for a food stylist that shows the same level of expertise and detail for video content creation as they do for food styling, or vice versa. Understanding the detailed aesthetic of food content is a must.
At Linney, we work with a range of clients from all sizes and sectors, many of which are household names — from beauty clients to high street food and beverage chains. As part of the Performance and Social Team, your work will ensure our clients are sector‑leading in social-first content creation and strive to achieve our goal of being the industry‑leading curators and creators of online culture.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a love for online content and be truly immersed in online culture — a digital native.
- You will be able to create social-first content, primarily for Instagram and TikTok — though ideally you will be platform‑agnostic.
- The ideal candidate would know when to flex into a more UGC style and when a traditional videography approach is more aligned with a brief – having the ability to achieve both.
- They will have input into and vision of content strategy for our clients, while educating the wider business on social-first video content creation and keeping them updated with innovations and future trends.
- We are looking for someone who can work independently and within a wider team.
- Experience in videography or social-first video content creation.
- Experience producing content for Instagram and TikTok, though also with a view of other channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Snapchat.
- Experience shooting food content specifically, including the styling of the food and/or beverages.
- The ability to shoot with both the latest iPhone AND a DSLR is key.
- Experience of editing software that includes Premier Pro and CapCut.
- Practical lighting and scene setup experience, understanding how to light content in a way that feels natural while doing so in an agile way that is right for social.
- A deep understanding of online culture, always looking to stay ahead of current trends in the paid space.
