Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business, known for its work with a wide range of international brands. We’re looking for a skilled AV/Digital Signage Project Manager. Reporting to the Head of Digital Signage, the successful applicant will recommend technical AV and digital signage solutions and manage installation projects for key digital signage accounts. Based at a state-of-the art high-tech hub, you’ll join a hardworking team of colleagues who welcome honest feedback and actively encourage innovation and professional development. Travel within the UK is an element of the role.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing and delivering digital signage projects from initial brief to completion
  • Managing project installations into multiple client sites
  • Directing installation engineers and third-party contractors on site
  • Attending client briefing and presentation meetings
  • Identifying, reviewing and advising on technical solution designs with a technical understanding of solutions
  • Procurement, configuration and distribution of kit to sites
  • Ownership of and accountability for the commercial aspect of any project
  • Managing support enquiries and tickets within agreed SLAs
  • Reporting on activity as part of monthly reviews
  • Producing and updating technical and project documentation during planning and handover

Essential skills and experience:

  • Knowledge and awareness of relevant health and safety processes
  • Experience in a similar role involving project management of digital signage, EPOS or audio-visual installations
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of digital signage and AV hardware
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Motivation to research and discover new technical solutions

Desirable skills and experience:

  • ITIL/PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of LED hardware, software and systems
