We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our growing team in creating print-ready and digital artwork from visuals or concepts. The role is based in our client’s Manchester offices with the flex to work from home one day a week, so the right candidate will be comfortable regularly briefing, presenting and engaging with clients and colleagues alike. Regular travel to the Linney in Mansfield offices to work with the wider team in Nottinghamshire will be expected too.
Essential Skills
- Possess strong layout skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Be highly experienced in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud software, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
- Be inquisitive, passionate, and clearly inspired by the world of design
- Demonstrate expert knowledge in the production of design for print and various types of digital media and channels, in order to take design work through to a professional artwork standard
- Develop brand awareness to maintain consistency across all projects
- Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, either individually or as part of a team
Desirable Skills
- Experience of designing for the pharmaceutical market
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps, particularly PowerPoint
- Where required, the ability to meet and liaise directly with clients or suppliers to achieve best results in the most cost-effective way
- Knowledge of design automation processes and efficiencies
- Experience of building animations in AfterEffects
