Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. Due to continuing growth, Linney display is offering an exciting opportunity for a 3D creative designer to join our award-winning team.
The ideal candidate will be demonstrate their love for the world of art and design and be passionate about branding and retail design. Ideally they will come from a design studio background working in a similar or aligned industry.
We design semi-permanent and permanent displays, along with packaging concepts, for well-loved global and high-street brands. Here are some examples of our work:
Artfully balancing creativity and practicality, we develop displays that are innovative and eye-catching, while remaining cost-effective and compliant to brand and retailer guidelines.
Our working culture is hugely important to us, and teamwork is the key to our success. You will be working collaboratively alongside a diverse mix of 3D designers, graphic designers, engineers and project managers.
Key responsibilities:
- Creating innovative ways to help brands increase their retail presence, developing vibrant in-store designs and packaging
- Working closely with a team of like-minded multi-discipline designers to create industry-leading quality 3D visuals
- Dealing with a range of briefs from simple shelf trays to complex retail store environments
Essential skills:
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with engineering and sales teams and ensure designs adhere to client specification and retail guidelines
- Engagement with the challenge of working in a fast-paced studio environment
- Ability to pivot from job to job whilst providing legendary customer service
- Ability to show and justify creative thinking through mood-boards and scamps
