Digital signage content administrator
Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We’re looking for a content delivery administrator to join our expanding digital screens team.
This is a varied and hybrid role, working with our internal teams, client teams and systems to manage content amendments and schedule content within our CMS platform. The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure and happy to get to grips with systems and processes. They will be hands‑on, overseeing many different elements of content adaptations and scheduling.
A natural self‑starter, they will take ownership of their individual role, updating content for distribution across a multitude of sites. Practical reasoning, good organisational and time management skills, vision and initiative are essential, along with a logical mind and the ability to bring together briefs and system features to achieve deliverables efficiently.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing requests from initial brief through to final delivery, ensuring completion within agreed deadlines and to the highest quality standards, as well as scheduling, publishing, and managing digital content across multiple digital signage set‑ups and screen estates.
The role includes acting as a central coordination point between content, account, and technical teams, supporting campaign launches, updates, and content removals, and identifying and escalating inconsistencies, errors, or potential risks.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the ongoing improvement of scheduling processes, stay up to date with CMS updates and new platform functionality and maintain awareness of client strategies and workflows, while managing client communications and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Desirable skills and experience:
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively within a fast-paced environment
- An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience within the hospitality industry
- A proactive attitude towards learning, particularly in relation to backend systems and technologies, including SQL Server tasks to support operational efficiency
