The role involves leading a production team to manufacture freestanding display units (FSDUs) during a night shift (10pm-6am). The successful candidate will maintain high standards of quality, safety and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of production staff to achieve daily targets and deliver outstanding results.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end manufacturing process for FSDUs, ensuring quality standards are met at every stage.
- Monitor workflow, adjust schedules and allocate resources to meet tight deadlines and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with other departments.
- Maintain accurate records of production, performance and inventory.
- Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive team environment.
Essential skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production or warehouse environment, ideally with FSDUs or similar display solutions.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, target setting and quality assurance.
- Good computer literacy and strong organisational and communication skills.
