This is a hands‑on role for someone who is highly organised, unflappable and excited by the challenge of managing multiple, fast‑turn campaigns across a nationally loved brand, while keeping one eye firmly on what Gen Z wants next. They will be obsessed by social media and on top of industry trends.

Working closely with our McDonald’s account manager, local store marketing team, franchisees and in‑house paid social specialists, they will bring smart, culturally relevant campaigns to life, from community partnership storytelling to campaigns to drive guest count. They will also work on marketing and merchandising projects to stay aware of current client campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing creative resource and be naturally curious about culture, trends and platform behaviour.

  • Strong understanding and passion for paid social platforms and campaign delivery
  • High level of organisational skills
