Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We’re looking for a strategically sharp, conceptually fearless creative who can turn insight into ideas that scale across channels, shift perceptions and deliver measurable impact.
This hybrid role is based in Nottinghamshire, with travel to client sites. The successful candidate will lead integrated projects from concept to execution, inspiring multidisciplinary teams to deliver work that’s smart, effective and visually dynamic.
They will be as confident off the tools as on them, collaborating with designers, filmmakers, strategists and writers, balancing traditional craft with digital innovation, and including AI as part of their toolkit.
They will be an experienced, brand-aware creative who blends craft and curiosity, instinct and insight, strategy and storytelling, and who enjoys working closely with strategists, designers and clients to sharpen thinking and elevate the work. A supportive leader, they will be able to coach, develop and empower the team, while prioritising collective success and seeking to make the work smarter.
Essential skills and experience:- Confident communication skills to present, rationalise and defend ideas
- Cultural and commercial awareness
- A commitment to driving high-quality creative outcomes
- Agency experience in a senior creative role
- Experience of big-brand, cross-channel campaigns
- Proficiency in industry-standard creative tools including Adobe CC
- A strong understanding of advertising, branding, marketing and retail environments
- Knowledge of and proficiency in AI and emerging platforms
- High-level visualising and storytelling skills (traditional/digital)
- Excellent presentation, writing and client-facing abilities
