Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We are looking for a retail campaign manager to be based at our client's head office in Brentford, London, four days a week, to work closely within the marketing team.
This role centres on developing and executing marketing campaigns, in particular food and beverage and merchandise, with a focus on delivering sales growth and driving active consideration for the brand.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, organised, adaptable and proactive individual who will bring drive and enthusiasm and is great at relationship-building and communicating. They will be process-orientated and able to multi-task, confident and professionally presented, and calm under pressure.
A pro-active work attitude and ability to problem-solve are essential, as are the skills to support implementation of integrated campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
Useful experience and skills would include:
- Knowledge of cinema, retail, food and beverage, or merchandise sectors
- Skills in multi-site marketing
- Agency and client-side experience
- Expertise in print and digital
- Experience of relationship management with external agencies, vendors, or business partners
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Developing and executing marketing campaigns for food and beverage, promotions and merchandise
- Managing the retail campaign calendar
- Leading go-to-market strategy for new products
- Working cross-functionally with ops, retail, film, and studio teams to align messaging and timing
- Coordinating with territory marketing leads to adapt toolkits locally
- Identifying new opportunities for retail storytelling
- Ensuring all retail marketing adheres to brand guidelines
- Ensuring all creative and marketing assets are compliant with any relevant regulatory requirements
- Analysing campaign performance and adjusting strategies as needed
