Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We are looking for an experienced account manager to join our established Nottingham-based customer service team, taking responsibility for managing printed point-of-sale campaigns.
We are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable and proactive individual with drive and enthusiasm, who is great at relationship-building and communicating with people at all levels. The ideal candidate will be process-orientated, highly organised and able to multi-task. Confident and professionally presented, they will be a problem-solver and strategic thinker who is calm under pressure with a pro-active work attitude, able to work collaboratively to meet client deadlines.
The successful candidate will:
- Manage marketing briefs, including design, artwork, print, fulfilment and distribution.
- Ensure briefs are created and delivered to our production teams on time and with commercial clarity.
- Manage and track campaign CPAs and KPIs.
- Identify solutions to provide legendary customer service.
- Deliver exceptional personal and team service, from attending production meetings to process enhancements.
- Ensure POs are raised by the client and provided to head office.
- Use management information systems to facilitate workflow and transfer of information between client and production.
- Explore ways to help grow the business for Linney and for the client.
Excellent computer skills including good knowledge of Excel. Experience working with marketing and point of sale briefs, from concept to distribution. Understanding of production basics including design, artwork, print, fulfilment and distribution. Knowledge of print techniques, materials and print finishes.
