Linney is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We are looking to appoint an account manager to work collaboratively with the account director, our client and Linney teams to ensure new briefs for influencer boxes and promotions are delivered successfully.
Based on site at the client’s London headquarters, this hybrid role will see the successful candidate take responsibility for the assigned brands and be the primary point of contact for clients’ social brand teams. A natural ability to multi-task, project-manage, and assist teams to ensure successful end-to-end project delivery is essential.
They must be customer-aware at all times, managing projects in line with pre-determined critical path agreements, to agreed budgets, while maintaining and updating all required online and offline trackers.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated professional with a focus on customer service, who is comfortable working both as part of the team and independently. They will need to foresee potential issues, raise risk and plan around challenges, whilst managing client expectations and being responsible for the financial health of projects worked on.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Understanding which projects are live
- Assessing future projects
- Attending brand briefings to become the brand's key contact
- Ensuring all data on the online WIP is up to date
- QC checking amends and ensuring delivery information and quantity documents are clearly identified
- Having a good understanding of how the display and packaging scheduling team work, in order to optimise internal efficiencies
- Managing conflicts between project time, cost and quality challenges, raising any risk to the senior team
