Job Type: Part-time, Permanent
Hours: 13.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday - Saturday: 6am - 7.15am
Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitising consult rooms and communal areas, both clinical and non-clinical.
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting floors and surfaces.
- Cleaning staff areas, waiting areas as well as toilets and kitchens.
- Emptying of bins and disposal of waste safely and appropriately.
- Using cleaning products and equipment correctly, following health and safety guidelines.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and infection control.
- Reporting any maintenance issues to management.
- Attending and completing all health and safety training, including fire training and manual handling.
- This role requires some light lifting.
About You
- Previous cleaning experience is essential, cleaning of a clinical setting is highly advantageous.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently where needed.
- Attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in an environment with animals.
- Good understanding of hygiene standards and COSHH, particularly in a clinical setting.
