Overview

Job details

  • Salary: £13,218.50 for 20 hours per week
  • Location: Garston Veterinary Group, all sites
  • Job Type: Permanent, part-time
  • Hours: 20 hours over 4 days

Role

To work with the other Wellness Coordinator in the setting up and management of the Wellness Plans and initiatives across all sites by actively promoting sales activities in conjunction with the Marketing Manager, Nurse Manager and Finance Manager. To assist the Marketing Manager in promoting sales initiatives relating to Wellness Plans. To assist the Finance Manager to deliver reports and associated paperwork as required, within agreed time schedules and as directed.

Responsibilities

  • Set up new Wellness Plans, with welcome letters, and T & C’s for new clients
  • Operate a reminder system for clients
  • Management of payment system
  • Ensure instructions for all associates are clearly communicated
  • Calculations of outstanding balances
  • Bring any compliments/complaints regarding wellness plans from either associates or clients to the attention of the Client Care Manager or Nurse Manager and ensure that they are dealt with promptly and efficiently
  • Ensure all relevant associates are fully trained in Wellness Plan procedures and kept informed of any developments in the programme
  • Ensure all associated records are kept up to date and appropriately dealt with and filed correctly to comply with confidentiality and GDPR laws
  • Liaise with all associates and clients to ensure pets receive correct products in a timely manner
  • Liaise with the Marketing Manager regarding promoting and developing the Wellness Plan and sales of it
  • Provide assistance to the Finance team as required, efficiently and according to instructions
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Marketing, Finance Departments as necessary, during particularly demanding work periods
