About the Role

Park Vet Group are recruiting for a part‑time Patient Care Assistant based at their Glenfield branch. This permanent part‑time position works 28 h per week Friday‑Monday 2 pm‑10 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality patient care under the delegation of a veterinary nurse or registered veterinary nurse.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, demonstrating reliability, adaptability, empathy.
  • Administer duties including answering telephone calls, booking appointments, taking payments.
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records.
  • Contribute to an outstanding client experience, providing an efficient, courteous, and helpful service to all clients, suppliers, and external contacts.

Qualifications

Applicants should possess a passion for self‑development and a growth mindset. Experience in patient care provision is desirable but not mandatory. Current Linnaeus Associates are required to apply internally.

Established for over 100 years, Park Vets offer primary care services for small animals and farm animals across Leicestershire. We also run a referral centre and a 24‑hour emergency service open twenty‑four seven. All practices are RCVS accredited.
