About the Role
Park Vet Group are recruiting for a part‑time Patient Care Assistant based at their Glenfield branch. This permanent part‑time position works 28 h per week Friday‑Monday 2 pm‑10 pm.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality patient care under the delegation of a veterinary nurse or registered veterinary nurse.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, demonstrating reliability, adaptability, empathy.
- Administer duties including answering telephone calls, booking appointments, taking payments.
- Maintain accurate client and patient records.
- Contribute to an outstanding client experience, providing an efficient, courteous, and helpful service to all clients, suppliers, and external contacts.
Qualifications
Applicants should possess a passion for self‑development and a growth mindset. Experience in patient care provision is desirable but not mandatory. Current Linnaeus Associates are required to apply internally.
