Park Vet Group are recruiting for a Receptionist to join their team based at their Glenfield branch. In this role you will have the opportunity to enhance your customer service skills whilst working with a friendly and supportive team. This is a permanent position working 34 hours per week, but part-time hours will be considered. You will work 1 in 6 Saturday mornings and bank holidays on a rota.

Responsibilities

  • Booking appointments, operations
  • Arriving clients for surgeries
  • Dispensing medication
  • Phone and email queries
  • Taking payments
  • Being confident about discussing finance
  • Pro‑active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly
  • Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms and taking payments.
