The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are busy and your role will be varied. We’re looking for someone who can multitask, loves a challenge and working at a fast pace, takes pride in their work; knowing you have made a difference to someone’s day gives fantastic job satisfaction. A good sense of humour also helps!
The duties will involve, but are not limited to:

Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner.

Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures.

Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone.

Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly.

Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc.

Processing prescription requests.

Taking payments.

Promoting offers and services.

Ensuring that reception is clean and well-stocked.
