Alder Veterinary Practice is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our amazing team. If you are ready to enhance your skills and thrive in a state-of-the-art clinic with outstanding equipment, Alder Vets is the ideal destination for you.

The Team
We are a passionate, close-knit team of 4 Vets and 6 nurses plus a wonderful team of support staff and PCAs to support the Vet team and enable the best level of care for our clients and their pets. We are located within walking distance of amenities including a spa and gym, convenient coffee shop and grocery store, and a nearby park, supporting a good work/life balance. We strongly believe in investing in our staff. Career progression and CPD (including certificates) are encouraged and funded. If there is an area or discipline you’d like to explore, we’re keen to develop this.
What we’re looking for
Ideal candidate will be confident and experienced in both general surgery and medicine, with support from the team, nursing staff, and the wider Linnaeus network as needed. Most important attributes are friendliness, empathy, and excellent communication skills. Completion of Vet GDP and RCVS registration.
