Are you a Registered Veterinary Nurse with 2+ years’ experience looking to take the next step in your career? Do you thrive in a supportive, friendly team where your skills are truly utilised? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated RVN to join us as our Lead Nurse, helping guide and support our talented nursing team while shaping the future of our progressive practice.
What You’ll Do
- Supporting, developing and mentoring our nursing team
- Working closely with our Senior Vet, CNM and fellow nurses
- Ensuring practice and group policies are upheld
- Helping create a happy, efficient and collaborative working environment
- Enjoying full nurse utilisation - including consults and Schedule 3 procedures
- Facilitate clinical audits at your site as required within your area of responsibility
- Organise and carry out 6 monthly PDRs with the members of staff line managed
Our nursing team includes those with interests in anaesthesia, ECC, behaviour and more-so you’ll be surrounded by colleagues who are as passionate about development as you are! You’ll also be supported by our fantastic Patient Care Assistants.
