Position Summary: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 6-month fixed term contract to cover equal family leave within the surgical team at Cave Veterinary Specialists.
Preferred Credentials: The applicant would preferably be a European or American board certified (ECVS/ACVS) surgeon; we will also consider candidates who have completed an ECVS/ACVS accredited residency.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical services as a specialist consultant in soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery cases
- Work with the surgery team for the development of the services
- Work collaboratively with all other services and foster good interdepartmental relationships
- Demonstrate professional standards that will advance patient care
- Contribute equally with colleagues to an emergency out of hours rota on no more than a 1:4 share
