The predicted salary is between 18400 - 22000 ÂŁ per year.
We are looking for a reliable and detailâoriented Cleaner to join our friendly veterinary practice. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean, hygienic, and safe environment for our clients, patients, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitising clinical and nonâclinical areas, including consult rooms
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Cleaning waiting areas, staff areas, kitchens, toilets and pharmacy
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely
- Using cleaning products and equipment in line with Health & Safety and COSHH guidelines
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and infection control
- Reporting maintenance issues to management
- Completing required Health & Safety training (fire safety, manual handling)
- Some light lifting required
- Stock management of cleaning supplies and daily consumables
- Providing ad hoc reception cover when required

- Previous cleaning experience essential (clinical setting desirable)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable working around animals
