Hours: 34 hours per week, job share will be considered. Shifts will vary between 8am - 6.45pm on weekdays. One in 5 Saturdays 8.45am to 4.45pm.
About the role
We are looking for a friendly and personable Client Care Assistant to join our team at the Warren House Group in Kent. If you are a friendly, caring and compassionate person with excellent communication and administration skills, we would like to hear from you. Previous experience of working in a veterinary practice is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given. However, you need to be confident working in a busy, client-facing role.
Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting clients

About us
The Warren House Veterinary Surgery first opened in 1982 at the Rochester site. Since starting the business, it has continually grown and is now a group of four small animal practices based in the Medway Towns. Currently, we have 8 Vets on the team, 15 RVNs, 3 VCA's and 12 Client Care team members across the group.
