Salary: £29,500 per annum

Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days - 1 in 8 weekends on call

Your role and responsibilities:

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, professional and dedicated nursing team at a modern up-and-coming referral centre? Veterinary Vision is a friendly, supportive and growing practice providing a veterinary ophthalmology referral service from Cumbria, the North East, Lancashire and Scotland. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team, based at our premises in Penrith. Previous experience of ophthalmology is not required as full training will be provided. This opportunity would suit a dedicated and enthusiastic RVN who enjoys providing high standards of patient care.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift Monday to Friday
  • Shared weeknight on call rota
  • Weekends on call (currently 1 in 8)
  • Overtime
