Hours: 40 Hours per week, 8.30 am - 5.30pm. No weekend work

Veterinary Vision is looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Receptionist to join our busy specialist veterinary hospital. This role is key to delivering excellent client service and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of reception. You will be the first point of contact for clients, supporting appointment bookings, enquiries and administrative processes while working closely with the clinical and nursing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome clients and provide a professional, friendly service
  • Manage telephone calls, emails, and reception enquiries
  • Book appointments and assist with referrals and repeat prescriptions
  • Complete daily banking and reconcile payments
  • Monitor and follow up outstanding client balances
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Carry out weekly health & safety checks for reception areas
  • Support general administration including scanning and filing
