Due to ongoing growth, we are inviting applications for an experienced Receptionist/Client Care Team Member to join our team at Wear Referrals.
Job responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner.
- Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures.
- Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone.
- Pro‑active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly.
- Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc.
- Processing prescription requests.
- Taking payments.
- Promoting offers and services.
- Ensuring that reception is clean and well‑stocked.
This is a full‑time position working 40hrs/week over 5 days, Monday to Sunday, shifts between 7am – 10pm. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar high‑pressure client care environment, be organised, smart and professional in appearance, detail orientated, committed to excellent customer service and able to commit to a shift‑based role. Client Care Team Members are required to wear a corporate uniform and be able to sit and stand for long periods to cover the reception area and the back office, aside from scheduled breaks.
