DWR Veterinary Specialists are recruiting for a part‑time Client Experience Team Member. This position is a permanent role working
25 hours per week , Monday to Friday, 5pm‑10pm.
- Main Responsibilities
- Greeting emergency clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner
- Communicating directly with our vets and nurses regarding their appointments, clients and patients
- Explanation to our clients of the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices
- Checking of accounts before discharge to ensure that they are up to date and correct
- Arrangement of routine and emergency appointments from our referring vets in primary care practice
- Fielding of phone and electronic enquiries from clients, referring vets and colleagues
- Maintenance of patient clinical records using our practice management software system.
