Salary: £12.84 per hour

Job Type: Permanent, part-time

Hours: 28 hours per week, varied shifts between 8.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday.

Your Role And Responsibilities:

  • You'll be a proactive, empathetic member of the Client Care team working in a fast‑paced environment, handling a range of client and administrative duties.
  • Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner.
  • Managing the diary; booking appointments and surgical procedures.
  • Answering client queries via email and telephone.
  • Pro‑active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly.
  • Performing administration duties such as scanning paperwork and filling in forms.
  • Processing prescription requests.
  • Handling payments.
  • Promoting offers and services.
  • Ensuring the reception area is clean and well‑stocked.
