Hours: Full-time, 40 hours

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience

You will play a pivotal role within our Senior Leadership Team, working closely with our Clinical Director to deliver an exceptional client journey, support our dedicated teams, and drive the success of the business.

What you’ll be doing

  • Overseeing the smooth operational running of all Cromwell practices.
  • Driving delivery of business strategy and supporting continuous growth.

  • Leading key operational areas including HR, H&S, finance, marketing and client care.
  • Acting as a trusted link between the practice teams and Linnaeus central support functions.
