Are you looking to work in a busy, well-equipped hospital with a great caseload, as well as build rapport with clients and run nurse clinics in a smaller branch? Would you like to work on the leafy edge of Birmingham, giving you access to both beautiful countryside and the hustle and bustle of central Birmingham?
Your role and responsibilities:
Join our multi-award-winning team as a Registered Veterinary Nurse, working across all five of our branches. This is a fantastic role for an RVN seeking variety in their day-to-day work.
Our exceptional team consists of certificate holders in Cardiology, Medicine, Surgery, Dermatology, Soft Tissue and Orthopaedic Surgery, meaning we have an exciting caseload and can provide both first-opinion and referral level services. Our nurses are heavily involved in all cases and assist with some complex procedures. Nurses are able to work within an advanced veterinary nursing niche.
We also have state-of-the-art equipment, including:
- CT scanner
- Dedicated dental x-ray unit
- Referral level ultrasound scanner and dedicated scanning room
- NHS level lab
- Seven top of the range endoscopes
- Multiple ICU incubators
- Piped Oxygen
- Kennels and Cattery with underfloor heating
- Feline-friendly hospital
- Three silver ISFM accredited branches
