We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Client Care Associate in our Priors Hall branch. This is a full‑time role over four days per week. The Client Care Associate plays a pivotal role in running our busy reception area, providing first‑class service to clients and supporting our clinical teams. The position offers the chance to develop customer‑care skills and to grow professionally through CPD programmes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day‑to‑day reception operations.
  • Delivering first‑class customer service face‑to‑face, over the telephone, or via our online portal.
  • Prioritising tasks and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Providing an empathetic, approachable and friendly experience to clients and patients.
  • Supporting clinical staff with administrative and patient‑care duties.
