Here at Broadway vets in Heswall we have an excellent opportunity to welcome a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join and Lead our friendly and supportive team as a Clinical Nursing Manager!
As Clinical Nurse Manager, part of the role is to ensure that the nursing team across the business is managed as effectively as possible to support the growth of the practice.
The RoleIn this role you will be a key member of the senior leadership team, working collaboratively with the Clinical Director (CD), Practice Manager (PM), +/- Group Nursing Manager (GNM) and the clinical teams. You will identify areas of development needs within the nursing team to maintain a happy, efficient working environment, whilst ensuring practice policies and group policies are always adhered to.
Approximately 80ā90% of your role will be spent undertaking clinical duties, providing support to your clinical teams to deliver an excellent service to patients including a full share of the onācall rota as required.

We are looking for:
A Small Animal Registered Veterinary Nurse with a minimum of three years\ā experience, including Leadership experience
