We are searching for a passionate individual to join our wonderful Client Experience team at DWR Veterinary Specialists. Our front-of-house team is the face and voice of our business, making this role exceptionally valued. In this position, you will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that our clients and patients receive the highest standard of service and care.
Main Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner
- Communicating directly with our veterinary staff about appointments, clients and patients
- Explaining to our clients the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices, discussing insurance queries
- Arranging routine and emergency appointments from our referring veterinarians in primary care practice
- Fielding phone and electronic enquiries from clients, referring veterinarians and colleagues
- Collaborating closely with our Case Management Team regarding client accounts
- Maintaining patient clinical records using our practice management software system
