Dick White Referrals based in the beautiful countryside of Cambridgeshire is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Client Care Team member to join the team. This is a part-time and busy role, working 5pm - 10pm Monday - Friday.
Role And Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner
- Communicating directly with our vets, physiotherapists and nurses regarding their appointments, clients and patients
- Explanation to our clients of the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices
- Arrangement of routine and emergency appointments from our referring vets in primary care practice
- Fielding of phone and electronic enquiries from clients, referring vets and colleagues
- Close collaboration with our Case Management Team regarding client accounts
- Maintenance of patient clinical records using our practice management software system
What We’re Looking For
- Must have previous customer-facing experience.
- Strong administration and organisation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Confident using the telephone.
- Reception or Client Care experience is desirable.
- Have a passion and love for animals!
