Job Title: Client Care Associate (Veterinary Receptionist)
Salary: £26,701.00 per annum
Location: Peak Vets, Sheffield
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Shifts: Shift pattern between the hours of 07.45 -20:30. Includes early starts, late finishes and weekends.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner.
- Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures.
- Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone.
- Pro‑active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly.
- Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc.
- Processing prescription requests.
- Taking payments.
- Promoting offers and services.
- Ensuring that all areas are clean and well‑stocked.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Must have previous customer-facing experience.
- Strong administration and organisation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Confident using the telephone.
- Reception or Client Care experience is desirable.
- Have a passion and love for animals!
