The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 € per hour.

Location: Village Vet West Hampstead

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

Hours: 16 Hours per week, Shifts Wednesdays and Fridays only 11am to 7pm (plus 1 bank holiday shift per year)

About the role: We are searching for a passionate individual to join our wonderful Client Care team at Village Vet, West Hampstead. Our front‑of‑house team is the face and voice of our business, making this role exceptionally valued. In this position, you will work closely with our clinical team to ensure that our clients and patients receive the highest standard of service and care.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with clients and the clinical team to ensure effective customer service
  • Completing various administrative duties for the clinical team and the business
  • Promoting our fantastic Healthcare Plan
  • Meeting and greeting clients with an effortless smile
  • Booking appointments and diary management
  • Managing telephone and email enquiries
  • Taking payment for services and products
  • Managing cash, stock and client accounts
  • Opening and closing the practice

What We're looking for: The candidate needs to be confident, committed, and able to work well under pressure with exceptional organisational skills. This role is fast‑paced, friendly and fun with no working day the same.
