We have an exciting opportunity for passionate Client Care Associates at our branch in Market Harborough and are seeking that special someone who enjoys helping people to join our team. The hours are full-time and can be spread over 4 or 5 days.

The Client Care Associates play a pivotal role within our team. They are responsible for the day-to-day running of our busy reception area, providing a first-class service to our clients and supporting our clinical teams. This role will not only give you the opportunity to develop your customer care skills, but we will also support and develop you with CPD programs to enhance your skills and capability as we believe in career development for all our associates.

  • Passionate about customer care, ideally with a strong customer service background
  • Ability to communicate with clients either face to face, over the telephone or our online portal

Who we are:

Rutland Veterinary Centre is a first opinion veterinary practice with 5 branches and a hospital in the surrounding area. We pride ourselves in offering on-site emergency care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our dedicated team of clinical and non-clinical staff provide high standards of care to our patients and our clients. We support many local pet charities and are heavily involved in the local community.

What we offer:

  • 40 hours plus 1:3 Saturdays. Hours can be worked over 4 or 5 days.
