We have an exciting opportunity for a Client and Pet Care Advisor to join the friendly team at Black Vets. Our Client and Pet Care Advisors are the face of the business and first port-of-call for our clients, so ‘friendly professionalism’ is essential.
Responsibilities
- Promptly responding to calls and emails
- General veterinary administration, including appointments and insurance
- Payment handling, debt chasing, and end‑of‑day banking
- Guiding pet owners through their sometimes complicated and emotionally challenging pet journeys
- Competent medication handling and dispensing
- General housekeeping and practice maintenance
Requirements
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Computer literacy
Experience
- Veterinary industry experience is not crucial, but helpful
- Customer‑facing experience is also beneficial
Salary and package
- Annual Salary of £24,043.50
- Permanent 37.5 hours weekly
- 5 days per week, working a variety of hours between 8am and 8pm
