Location: Leigh near Manchester

Salary: Starting salary from £27,000 depending on experience. Newly qualified RVN wages included.

Job Type: Permanent, Full‑Time

Hours: 40 hours/week over 4 days; earliest shift 7am, latest finish 8pm; 1 in 5 weekends.

Role and Responsibilities

The role involves circulating through multiple departments including theatre consults, pharmacy, emergency and inpatient care. We are also recruiting an RVN with keen interests towards a theatre and anaesthesia role. Variable shift patterns with 10‑hour shifts from 7am to 8pm, share of 1 in 5 weekends. 40 hrs per week over 4 days for work‑life balance. You will work alongside our dedicated and experienced team of vets and nurses, gaining new skills and growing within the practice. Hands‑on nursing team with plenty of opportunities to use all nursing skills including scheduled 3 activities. Practice encourages nurse progression through CPD; many staff have or are participating in certificates and further nurse training. Requires strong confidence working in a busy hospital.
