Willows Veterinary Hospital and Referral Service are recruiting for a professional Client Care Associate to join their team. This is a permanent full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The hours will be 1300-2100 Monday to Friday. You will be required to work 1:3 weekends Saturday and Sunday 1300-2100, that week, the days off will be Friday before the weekend and Monday after.

Your role and responsibilities:

  • Welcoming all clients and visitors to the hospital
  • Answering telephones and diverting or taking messages, ensuring prompt delivery and accurate details
  • Monitoring practice email and directing enquiries to the relevant department
  • Accurately inputting patient data into the computer system as required
  • Dealing with all general enquiries, explaining procedures in place and making new and follow-up appointments
  • Ensuring that waiting areas, reception and patient toilets are kept clean, tidy and stocked up
  • Office administration duties to include scanning and filing

  • Be a team player with the ability to establish positive working relationships
