We are seeking a passionate and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join our multidisciplinary specialist referral hospital, where clinical excellence, collaboration, and nurse-led development are at the heart of everything we do. About the Role: As a Multidisciplinary RVN, you will work within a specialist referral hospital offering a broad range of advanced services. You will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team with access to and exposure to our specialist areas, including:
- Orthopaedics
- Soft Tissue Surgery
- Dermatology
- Neurology & Neurosurgery
- Oncology
- Internal Medicine
- Advanced Diagnostic Imaging (CT & MRI)
- A dedicated Specialist Anaesthesia Team

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional inpatient, perioperative, and critical nursing care across all services.
- Assist with complex diagnostics, procedures and advanced imaging.
- Support anaesthesia and analgesia under a specialist anaesthesia team.
- Advocate for patient welfare and gold-standard care always.
- Mentor student nurses and junior team members as you grow and develop in your role.
- Engage in continuous learning, CPD, and departmental development.
About You:
- RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse.
- Enthusiastic about working in a specialist referral environment.
- Adaptable, curious, and keen to learn across multiple disciplines.
- Confident communicator with a strong team ethos.
- Passionate about evidence based nursing and patient advocacy.
- Previous referral or advanced practice experience welcomed, but not essential.
