Northwest Veterinary Specialists are looking for a Multi-Disciplinary Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join their team. This is a varied and dynamic role where you will work across multiple specialist services supporting clinicians and patients with complex needs. You’ll gain exposure to advanced procedures and cutting-edge technology whilst working alongside specialists in their field.

Previous referral experience is desirable but not essential as comprehensive training and support will be provided. We do however require at least 1 year’s worth of qualified experience.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the care and treatment of patients across multiple disciplines.
- Provide high-quality nursing care including monitoring anaesthesia, inpatient care, and assisting with diagnostic procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital SOPs and RCVS standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients providing updates and education where appropriate.
- Participate in the induction and mentoring of new team members.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold the hospital's values of excellence, compassion, and collaboration.
- RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse (essential).
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced specialist environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday. You will be required to contribute to a weekend and Bank Holiday out-of-hours rota.
