We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Lead Client Care Associate at our branch in Priors Hall and are seeking that special someone who enjoys helping people, to join our team. The hours are full-time over 4 days. The Client Care Associates play a pivotal role within our team. They are responsible for the day to day running of our busy reception area, providing a first-class service to our clients and supporting our clinical teams. This role will not only give you the opportunity to develop your customer care skills, in addition to this, we will support and develop you with CPD programs to enhance your skills and capability as we believe in career development for all our associates. Did we mention you also get the chance to cuddle the patients too!
Key Responsibilities:
- Passionate about customer care, ideally with a strong customer service background
- Ability to communicate with clients either face to face, over the telephone or our online portal
- Attention to detail and able to prioritise tasks
- Empathetic, approachable, friendly with a positive attitude
