We have an opportunity for a Patient Care Assistant to join our team here at Davies! The role of a Patient Care Assistant is to support the nurses and interns in achieving the highest standards of care. The role is a vital part of the patient experience as you will provide hands-on care to patients as well as ensuring the overall cleanliness, organisation and stock levels are maintained, allowing the smooth running of the day.
To be successful in this role you need to be highly organised, have the physical, mental and emotional stamina required to work with very ill patients, and have the ability to cope with a fast-paced working environment. You should be a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills and have the passion and drive for delivering outstanding client and patient care. Previous animal care experience would be an advantage, but is not essential to apply as full training will be provided.
