An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Emergency Vet to join the expanding Emergency team at Willows Veterinary Centre and Referral Service — a world-class, purpose-built hospital known for clinical excellence, innovation, and exceptional patient care.

Exceptional Work-Life BalanceOur 8-week rota is designed to support wellbeing, with three full weeks off built in and a balanced mix of day, evening, and overnight shifts.
Rota Overview:- Week 1: Monday–Sunday – 7am–5pm
- Week 2: Off
- Week 3: Monday–Sunday – 4pm–2am (on-call 2am–5am)
- Week 4: Off
- Week 5: Off
- Week 6: Monday–Thursday 12pm–10pm, Friday 2pm–12am
- Week 7: Tuesday–Thursday on-call 7pm–11pm, Friday 11am–9pm, Saturday 10am–8pm, Sunday 7am–5pm
- Week 8: Monday 7am–5pm, Tuesday–Thursday on-call 8am–12pm

Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a confident, motivated Emergency Vet who thrives in a hospital environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional care.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in small animal hospital
- OOH emergency medicine and surgery experience desirable
- Experience working within a hospital or referral setting preferred
- A team-focused approach and commitment to clinical excellence
