DWR Veterinary Specialists are recruiting for a part-time Client Experience Team Member. This position is a permanent role working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 5pm-10pm.

Main Responsibilities

  • Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner
  • Communicating directly with our vets and nurses regarding their appointments, clients and patients
  • Explanation to our clients of the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices
  • Checking of accounts before discharge to ensure that they are up to date and correct
  • Arrangement of routine and emergency appointments from our referring vets in primary care practice
  • Fielding of phone and electronic enquiries from clients, referring vets and colleagues
  • Maintenance of patient clinical records using our practice management software system.
