Location: Warren House Vets, all sites

Salary: £26,707.20 (full‑time equivalent)

Job Type: Permanent, part time

Hours: 34 hours per week, job share considered. Shifts 8am‑6.45pm weekdays, one in five Saturdays 8.45am‑4.45pm

Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet clients
  • Answer phone calls
  • Book appointments using a diary management system
  • Perform general administrative work
  • Manage stock control and clean public and clinical areas
  • Provide a calm and supportive presence for clients in an emotive environment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Friendly, caring and compassionate individual with excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Confident working in a busy, client‑facing role
  • Previous experience in a veterinary practice desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
  • Ability to remain calm and supportive under pressure

With 8 veterinarians, 15 registered vet nurses, 3 veterinary clinical assistants and 12 client care team members, we deliver high‑standard care and exceptional customer service to our clients and their pets.
