Hours: Full‑time – 4 x 9‑hour days | 1 in 4 weekends (Sat & Sun) | No routine OOH Practice: Cromwell Veterinary Hospital & Branch Network

• What we’re looking for
• RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
• 2–3 years’ UK small animal experience preferred
• Confident, proactive and comfortable working in a busy, fast‑moving environment
• Strong clinical thinker who enjoys case work‑up and collaborative decision‑making
• Comfortable with both hospital‑based work and branch/sole charge practice
• Highly motivated with a genuine desire to develop clinically at pace
• Team‑focused, resilient and engaged in continuous learning
• Certificate interest or ambition strongly welcomed and actively supported
