Part‑time Client Experience Team Member – permanent role, 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 5pm–10pm) at DWR Veterinary Specialists.
Responsibilities
- Greeting emergency clients and their pets upon arrival in a warm and friendly manner
- Communicating directly with our vets and nurses regarding appointments, clients and patients
- Explaining to clients the status of their accounts, taking payments and issuing invoices
- Checking accounts before discharge to ensure they are up to date and correct
- Arranging routine and emergency appointments from referring veterinarians in primary care practice
- Fielding phone and electronic enquiries from clients, referring veterinarians and colleagues
- Maintaining patient clinical records using our practice management software system
