Due to continued expansion, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Property Manager. This is a full-time, permanent position located in Leeds, Dock Street. The salary ranges from £28,000 to £32,000 per annum depending on experience plus annual bonus.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Support for Property Managers.
- Arranging training of new staff and current staff to ensure all PM's achieve the Green level of competency required.
- Ensure PM's are up to date with the latest legislation for Fire & Safety.
- Regular meetings with Branch Managers and Property Managers.
- Monitor Branch Organiser to ensure everything is covered and no errors are pending.
- Work loading for PM's or Portfolio assignment depending on branch operation.
- Balancing PM cover depending on workloads within their defined area.
- Inventories, Checkouts and Inspections.
- Conduct quarterly reviews for PM's with Branch Managers.
- Complaint reviews and resolution prior to escalating.
