This is a full-time, permanent position located in Headingley. The salary ranges from £25,000 to £26,000 plus commission.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

  • Building rapport and relationships with prospective tenants to gain an understanding of their requirements.
  • Matching suitable properties with prospective tenants.
  • Converting email and telephone enquiries to viewings on various rental properties.
  • Dealing with property enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Carrying out physical viewings at properties and managing your own diary.
  • Carrying out virtual viewings using our 360-software platform.
  • Advising and promoting our other products and services.
  • Helping with day-to-day tasks relating to property management and maintenance.
  • Carrying out property inspections at various points of the year with a keen eye for detail.

You must be able to drive and have your own vehicle with business insurance.
