We are a leading network of lettings and estate agencies looking for a Trainee Property Manager in Hessle. The role is full-time, permanent with a salary between £26,000 and £28,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a career in the property industry with a structured training plan of 6‑9 months to become a competent Property Manager.
  • Deal with tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure properties are maintained.
  • Visit properties daily, carrying out regular internal and external inspections.
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors and build strong relationships to create a positive customer experience.
